Rick Miller serves as the Director or Tax & Business Services at the Law Offices of Charles R. Frazier, a tax and estate planning law firm located in Nashville, Tennessee.  Rick joined the Frazier Law team in September, 2021 to broaden the tax planning scope of the firm and to enjoin his tax preparation, compliance and financial planning experience with the firm's current service offerings.

With more than 20 years of financial management experience, Rick has built a reputation of building best-in-class performing teams by providing strategic direction and vision to drive client and company success.  Rick has spent most of his career working for three of the nation's top-ten financial firms in various officer-level roles.  Rick stepped away from corporate America in 2015 and founded Miller Advisors, a tax and retirement planning firm based in Brentwood. From the ground-up, Rick and his team built a client-focused firm dedicated to serving clients in 14 states.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Charles R. Frazier, Rick served as Vice President at Truist Financial, Fifth Third Bancorp and Bank of America in business development, client advisory and business management roles.

Rick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Journalism from Lipscomb University (‘03) and a Master of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University (‘09).  He holds active CPA licenses in Tennessee and Michigan.
