In celebration of National Estate Planning Awareness Week, Attorney Charles R. Frazier is hosting free, 1-hour Estate Planning 101 webinars on Tuesday, October 20, 2020. Among other things, this workshop answers questions like:
- What does “estate planning” mean? Isn't that just for rich people?
- What is the difference between a will and a trust?
- At what age should I start planning for my death or other occurrences that may leave me incapacitated?
- What is “probate administration?”
This workshop is useful for all Tennessee residents as remote (virtual) will-signing is being allowed throughout the state due to the current health emergency our entire nation is battling.
