Frazier Law is a boutique firm known for excellence in tax law, estate planning, business formation, and succession planning. With offices in Nashville, Tennessee; Prosper, Texas; and Midland, Michigan, we deliver tailored legal solutions to clients across multiple states.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome resumes from professionals who share our values and want to grow with a firm that’s invested in their success. Below are common roles at Frazier Law that may open as we expand:
Tax, Estate Planning, and Probate Attorney
Ideal candidates have:
- 3–5+ years of legal experience in estate planning, tax law, or probate
- A JD and an active law license in any U.S. state
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Clio, Microsoft 365, WealthCounsel, and online case management tools
- A self-starting attitude and commitment to high ethical standards
You’ll work with clients to deliver estate plans, navigate probate processes, and resolve complex tax matters—all with clarity, strategy, and compassion.
Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal
As our paralegal, you’ll support attorneys and clients in estate planning and probate matters. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Assisting with probate filings and court correspondence
- Managing client communication and file organization
- Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with state-specific rules
- Supporting our team via online tools and case management platforms
Tax Law Paralegal or Enrolled Agent
We’re looking for someone with three or more years of tax resolution experience. Paralegal certification, CPA, or Enrolled Agent credentials are helpful but not required.
You’ll support attorneys by:
- Communicating with clients, IRS officers, and state tax agencies
- Preparing and reviewing financial data and supporting documentation
- Monitoring deadlines and statutes of limitation
- Drafting IRS correspondence and legal filings
- Conducting legal research and actively working toward resolution of client tax issues
